Prestige Drywall was the drywall contractor at a townhome development in Grafton, Massachusetts; a low rise apartment unit complex in Everett, Massachusetts; and a low rise apartment unit project in Wilmington, Massachusetts.
Townhome Development in Grafton, Massachusetts.
In 2023, Prestige Drywall installed the drywall in a 50 townhome development in Grafton, Massachusetts. The installation required the construction of channels for gypsum board. Prestige Drywall installed blueboard drywall near a wet area and installed drywall around a sprinkler system.

Low-Rise Apartment Unit Complexes in Everett and Wilmington, Massachusetts.
In March, 2024, Prestige Drywall installed the drywall in a 400 low rise apartment unit complex in Everett, Massachusetts and in April, 2024, at a 50 low rise apartment unit complex in Wilmington, Massachusetts.
Prestige Drywall was the sole drywall installer for each of the 400 units of the Everett, Massachusetts project and for each of the 50 units in the Wilmington, Massachusetts project. Prestige Drywall completed its drywall installation for each of the projects both on time and on budget.
Each project required “pre rock” gypsum panel installations prior to the completion of the building envelope; construction of channels for gypsum board; and installation of resilient deluxe channels. Prestige Drywall had to frame, inter alia, elevators, bulkheads, sprinkler room, hallways, and stairs.
